Comment 15 for bug 1592200

Since the change to cs:~james-page/trusty/rabbitmq-server-bug1592200-0 for rabbit only, we have had 10 consecutive successes so far with the -next charms. Before we would have at most 3 consecutive green runs before a failure because of this bug. We are not exercising the stable charms + this branch, though.
