Unless we got some wrong Erlang OTP + RabbitMQ combination in Kolla images, I don't think there is much we can do about it. I guess it deserves reporting upstream as well. The Erlang processes seems to have crashed, likely due to some unhandled situation. All the clustering traffic is Erlang-native.
