"the error is fixed in master and work for rpm distros, ubuntu has not packaged the change in nova code base yet"

Though I am not sure how to verify,
If directly modify code in contianer nova_compute, no use
If directly modify code in contianer nova_api, nova_api restart.

Suppose it is already been solved, pls ignore this report.
