We have `cincer_volume_group` variable in cinder's role

# ack-grep cinder_volume_group
ansible/roles/cinder/defaults/main.yml
80:cinder_volume_group: "cinder-volumes"

But is is used in pre-check. Please move this variable into group_vars/all.yml file.
