I have connected to swift base image and confirmed that these modules are missing:

[root@8b256ac3693a /]# find / -name libJerasure.so -print
[root@8b256ac3693a /]# find / -name libisal.so -print
[root@8b256ac3693a /]# find / -name libshss.so -print

It also missing ceilometermiddleware required for swift-proxy server.
