Glance bootstrap container is based on glance-api. Ansible playbook wrongly mounts {{ node_config_directory }}/glance/ to /opt/kolla/glance where it should mount {{ node_config_directory }}/glance-api to /opt/kolla/glance-api. This gives error in bootstrap container:

CRITICAL glance [-] ValueError: Invalid target type: None
