Hi, can you share rabbitmq logs in /var/log/kolla/rabbitmq?

Also, could you check if ``getent ahostsv4 ctrl1`` resolves to the proper IP address 172.16.102.100, same for ctrl2 on both hosts and is important to be this command as is what rabbit sees.

Check what ``ansible_hostname`` fact is, probably ctrl1 by the logs.

State of selinux, firewall, etc.
