Before I get an LMGTFY, I found https://medium.com/@rothgar/how-to-debug-a-running-docker-container-from-a-separate-container-983f11740dc6, and tried it.

The problem there is that my RMQ container starts and dies so quickly, that strace doesnt seem to have time catching it...at least on my first attempt.
