Currently use wxConvUTF8 in CONV_TO_UTF8 and CONV_FROM_UTF8 seems fix the problem, but creates incompatibility with old versions o

I believed old files were read after this change, but not (I was wrong)

So:
First, Finish the stable version of Kicad. This is a matter of days.
After, fix this issue, with (of course) new kicad versions compatible with old files.
