I just built kicad stable BZR 2684 using CMake 2.8 on both MinGW/MSYS
and Debian testing by passing -DKICAD_MINIZIP=OFF on the command line
and building minizip was properly disabled. I'm not sure what is causing
your problem. What platform are you building on, what version of CMake
are you using, and how are you using cmake (command line or GUI)?
