I'd rather not debate whether junction dots should or should not exist in a schematic. Or whether a specific dot is useful to the designer.

We should address any issues in netlisting of the junction dots. I don't see us removing the ability for users to add their own junction dots. The comments above were for how we might address the disappearing dots issue and keep the auto-junctions.
