Gerbview: Arrows in Preferences / Display options are larger than usual

Cosmetic : The arrows attached to the grid thickness and grid spacing controls in Preferences / Gerbview / Display options are larger than usual.

I think this is a windows only issue because I'm not seeing this issue on linux with gtk3.
