Which apps of kicad are effected?
If it is pcb_new/footprint editor are all toolsets effected equally? (modern accelerated, modern fallback and legacy)
Are specific actions more likely then others to cause a freeze? (Is there a way to reliably trigger the freeze?)

And of course: what is the detailed version info of your installation? (help->about->copy version info)
