Yes I tested it and the copper pour works fine now.
And I figured out than I can export a STEP file without any issues if I open the board with an older version of pcbnew (in my case Application: pcbnew Version: 5.0.0-rc2-dev-107-g49486b83b) and save it.
If I open this file with the most recent version I could export a step file. This works until I save it again with the current version.
