Mac - unable to drag windows between displays

Bug Description

Mac OS X 10.14.3 (18D42)
KiCad 5.1.0 as released

On a 2016 MacBook Pro KiCad 5.1.0 refuses to let me drag windows between the external and internal display. I can drag them between virtual displays or screens or whatever Apple calls them on the same display, but it won't let me drag either the project navigator or any of the programs from the internal to an external display, or vice versa.

Other software is fine, so it's definitely unique to KiCad.

Now when I try to collect more info, and to see if it's affected by the aliasing settings, it works fine. I *believe* what happened was I had launched KiCad before connecting the external display. There's definitely something more peculiar going on than merely refusing to drag between displays in general. I did also change the setting for "Spaces" to sync the displays where previously they weren't. I will investigate further to see if I can figure out how to reliably reproduce this...

FWIW I used to use v5 on my MacBook Pro with two external displays and had no problem dragging the windows about or disconnecting/reconnecting the displays.

A lot has changed since then though.

@Jan, I'll set this to incomplete so it expires if not updated. If you figure out a way to reproduce this please set it back to new.
