eeschema still crashes on macos when searching for parts

This was marked fixed in https://bugs.launchpad.net/kicad/+bug/1795214 , however it still seems to be an issue (or a *very* similar new issue).

I'm guaranteed at once per session to have eeschema crash, usually when typing the first character into the search field within the 'choose symbol' dialog.

I've taken to hitting CMD-S religously as the "work around".

@Rene, since he on a Mac, the version info is under the "KiCad" menu, not the "Help" menu. (Mac-isms)
