Comment 5 for bug 1809929

@JP, did you test using gtk3? I did some quick testing and the Shift menu accelerator keys do not appear to be working for me. I don't see the correct tool being enabled. I seem to remember this working with gtk2. Would one of the developers using a gtk3 build please confirm this?
