In/decrease track width shortcut

Bug Description
The shortcut used to increase the width track is "w" and to decrease is "<Crtl>+w", but should be "<Shift>+w" as normally used by OSs the precedent "<Shift>" on the shortcut/hotkey means the opposite.

I don't really see a proper explanation for changing this. IIRC you can configure ot in your hotkey conf as you like.
