I just created a new project just to test this - no, this happens on the
test project folder, too. There *is* a TestProject.pro, it is
accessable, but the requester does not show it.

Platform is still Ubuntu 17.0 (Linux 4.13.0-21-generic x86_64, 64 bit,
Little endian, wxGTK)
