Hi Miloje,

Couldn't reproduce it:
- entered Design Rules->Design Rules
- changed the clearance, clicked OK
- ran the router (pressed X)
- new clearance is working.

Perhaps you didn't restart the router tool after changing the clearance. Could you confirm, please?
