@Dolph, then I try to use

backend=dogpile.cache.pylibmc
and
backend_argument=behaviors:tcp_nodelay:False

I recieve an error from keystone:
ERROR: __init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'behaviors' (HTTP 400)
