I can see that the LDAP config option:

  TLS_CACERT /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt

property is duplicated in keystone.conf

  tls_cacertfile = /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt

Though I'm not really sure how to fix this, can we reference the LDAP config options in keystone?
