Bug Description
All collections require root object names (to ensure XML compatibility) - this is listed as a standard in the introduction of the API identity document. However, some of the individual collection examples (e.g services) are shown without this.

I swear bkhudson proposed a patch to fix this throughout the doc, but it clearly hasn't merged... did that get lost somehow?
