Bug Description

In https://github.com/openstack/identity-api/blob/master/openstack-identity-api/v3/src/markdown/identity-api-v3.md

All the CRUD operation for roles does not mentioned correct request and response JSON document.

Should be wrapped around "role" root class and list roles also not follows the standard.
