Comment 4 for bug 1941768

Since the certification lab has not completed its move we are taking a one time risk to skip cert testing for the hwe-5.11 kernel. We have the cert passed for the hirsute:linux kernel and RT for focal:hwe-5.11 passed. Assuming any additional findings from cert would be hardware related and thus be found with the hirsute kernel.
