This hwe kernel is still being built as -hwe-22.04-edge, therefore no certification tests needed for its promotion.

Signing off on the release of this kernel to -updates. This build of linux-hwe-5.19 is still producing only the -hwe-22.04-edge variant, therefore the failed test results have been overridden for its promotion.
