Tested with the second patch.

The Komodo chained certificates are now trusted, and visiting a site with a self-signed or untrusted certificate shows details for the certificate being used (except for the text TODO in the "trusted" field of the details dialog).

However, Certificates imported through the "Configure Konqueror"->"Crypto"->"SSL Signers" interface do not stay imported. A test certificate is linked above, or attempt to import the CACert.org root certificate.
