Comment 4 for bug 505988

I'm adopting this change for the Fedora kcm-gtk package, and after the patch, no cursor themes appear in the drop-down box. I have some cursor themes installed, but none of them have a index.theme in the theme dir. Some of them have $themename.cursortheme, some have nothing but the cursors dir. Removing the check for index.theme existence fixes it for me.
