Comment 1 for bug 636682

Could you please open a Terminal (Applications>Accessories>Terminal)
and type in:
kazam
Then click Enter, and then take whatever steps it requires to
reproduce this problem. Then when you encounter the problem, please
paste the output in the Terminal onto this bug report so I can see
what the issue is :)
