Same here. I will describe the problem as best as I can and then suggest a fix/feature for it (because I use this software on a daily basis).

The audio is recorded correctly so, at first, I though the two audio sources (my mic and the game sound) were being stored wrongly and then reproduced out of sync. It seems like the internal/game sound suffers some sort of re-sampling (possibly to merge both sources of audio and output a single audio track) and then they desynchronize. At least that's what I think.

My suggestion: Make it an option to output separate audio tracks for the internal audio and sound for the mic. So, if necessary we can fix it later using audacity. It would also be a nice feature since we would be able to apply effects on each source of audio independently when editing.

If it's easier to output it as a stereo audio file containing each source of audio on each track it's ok as well, I just need something to work.
