It seems that content uploaded to the Files section or layers/categories created in a Calendar have no determinable display order beyond the upload date. So, if you upload several files on the same day, the content doesn't appear in the exact order you upload them in, as you would assume would happen. Paul thinks we can clear things up by sorting content based on the non-visable minute/second time stamp.
