BTW, Jim, could you start editing the titles on these and get something specific about the change into the title? That way we don't end up with multiple "New Entity" tickets.

In general, as part of the intake process, scrub the email subjects from RT and make them into more meaningful titles. That let's us scan reports of tickets and know what they mean, without having to open and read the ticket to get the gist.
