Support for Forville nic

Closes-bug: #1762798
Forville nic needs vfio-pci module to work, which requires
iommu to be enabled in the kernel. Changed the configure code
to setup iommu in grub for dpdk in addtion to sriov if the
driver is set to vfio-pci/vfio_pci
