UI Changes for BGPass sharing and prefix limit

1. Added checkbox 'Shared' in BGP as a service popup(add/edit) and did
validation for IP address (when Shared is enabled IP address is mandatory).

2. Added new accordian 'Address Family Attributes' in the
popup with three new fields Address family, prefix limit and idle timeout.
