Steps to repro:
---------------
1. Create 3 vns vn1,vn2 and vn3.
2. Create router rtr1 with vn1 as external gateway and connected networks as vn2 and vn3 under Configure->Networking->Routers.
3. Ports and VN are created for the router rtr1 as expected in both configure and Monitor page.
4. Then delete the router rtr1.
5. Ports, VN got deleted in both Configure and Monitor page.

But the deleted router is still showing in the topology under Monitor->Networking->Dashboard.
