Fix the compilation errors of uvtest of vrouter

The xml files are not modified or not properly modified to
run Vrouter tests after checking in https://review.opencontrail.org/#/c/23691/.
As per this change, flow ip addresses are not any more strings
and modified to two 64 bit values.

Now same is reflected in the vrouters tests too
