Fix openstack endpoint create failure

-> Starting mitaka, barbican-api runs behind apache2, remove barbican-api
and barbican-worker from supervisord-openstack
-> In mitaka, use keystone command to create nova endpoint
-> Move contrail-ha-newton-keystone-setup.sh from openstack/scripts to openstack/ha/scripts
