The new structure in the contrail/common.yml is:

global_configuration:
   CONTAINER_REGISTRY: "hub.juniper.net"
   REGISTRY_PRIVATE_INSECURE: TRUE
   CONTRAIL_VERSION: 5.0.1-0.214
