Workaround:
1. In /opt/contrail/contrail_server_manager/provision.sh, put a pause before the line where /opt/contrail/server_manager/client/preconfig.py is run
2. Go to the server.json created for the provision run. Add this for the servers:
"kernel_upgrade": true,
"kernel_version": "3.13.0-110",
3. Continue provision
