Looked at the setup, there has been recent changes to setup-vnc-galera (to support 16.04), existing wsrep tempate has been removed and caused sm (old sm copy of script) to fail.

Applied the patch on setup, waiting for results.

Fix:
Remove sm copy of setup-vnc-galera and use native setup-vnc-galera for ha.
