Hi Balaji,

Please try the following :

Once the topology gets drawn on the page after doing traceflow/mapflow, try doing "Clear map/trace flow" using the popup window appearing on double click on the prouter

In some cases, you will see that clear mapflow/trace flow does not work or no response at all

Repeat the above step a couple of times, you should be able to reproduce the issue.
