RELEASE NOTES:
on using R2.22-116 with storage roles, it may fail to provision via Server-Manager.

Fix:
Run the attached patch script after contrail-install-packages and contrail-storage-packages has been added to server-manager node.
1. download patch_r222_116.sh to server-manager node.
2. Execute patch_r222_116.sh along with contrail-install-packages image-id and contrail-storage-packages image-id. This script will download few packages from PPA and puppet file from bug. so this script will need internet access, else this will fail.

FORMAT:
sh patch_r222_116.sh <CONTRAIL-PACKAGE-ID> <CONTRAIL-STORAGE-ID>

sh patch_r222_116.sh uj_r222_116 uj_r222_storage_116
