This is a TCP session between config node (where HA Proxy is running) and the TSN node. We have to check if there are any packet drops in vrouter which could be causing this. Need dropstats output a few times when this issue is observed. Also, please provide what rate of traffic is seen on vrouter at this point.

Other reason could be if the network is flaky.
