The change https://review.opencontrail.org/#/c/10693/ is not properly fixing the issue, so reverting this and raising a new review request

Closes-bug: #1456576 - [UI] When a VN has more than 1 subnet, IPs are allocated to BMSs only from first subnet

Code changes :
Removed code to send subnet_uuid for instance ip to backend(nodejs) while creating port,

as instance ip address picked from virtual network's available subnets automatically in API server.

This reverts commit b15737fe970de7875693d337784f64798260f30b.
