[UI] When an error happens due to which a logical intf addition fails, port still gets created

Bug Description
R2.1 Build 26 Ubuntu 14.04 Multi-node setup
When i hit bug 1420418, the logical interface addition had failed.
But it was noticed that a port had got created in the backend with the MAC i specified during logical intf addition.
We should be cleaning up this port, when , for any reason, the lif addition fails.
