Bug Description
From what I can see, Ensemble only uses m1.small instances in AWS. These instances rarely have the capacity to run services like hadoop, tomcat and cassandra.
Ensemble should provide a mechanism by which the user can bootstrap and launch large (64-bit) instances.

We need to:
a) run instances larger than m1.small
b) run oneiric images
