Ensemble should use standard amis and the ppa

The ensemble images should be using the new ppa, instead of the custom packages currently in use. Images need to be updated in all regions.

This is blocking our cloudfoundry formulas, for which we need a) oneiric images and b) larger instances.

This is still not working well for me.

I made the changes to environment.yaml ( default-image-id and default-instance-type ).
I then ensemble bootstrap and that "seems" to be working howerver, whenever I try to deploy _any_ formula, they just hang.

Can anyone else try to deploy anything with the latest oneiric/m1.large AMI?

I followed up with juan on irc, and we were both able to indepedently deploy oneiric with m1.large instances.
