What was the difference in the code that was on the unit vs what was in 141? Was it extra files (not in 141) or was it the contents of those files (with the same names in both revisions)?
From memory the deployer tries to be smart and modifies files/folders in-place, so possibly a file was removed in 141 and left behind from a previous revision?
