mysql_r188.charm does not contain a `revision` file

If you deploy a charm via Charmhub (e.g. `juju deploy mysql --channel 8.0/edge`) the revision file at /var/lib/juju/agents/unit-mysql-0/charm/revision contains `0`, even though juju status shows `193` as the revision for the `mysql` app
