We have the need to force deploy some charms to test them on kinetic, since they don't publish for 22.10. That should be possible with --force, however the deploy fails with "ERROR no releases found for channel "latest/edge"":
$ juju deploy --force --series kinetic --channel latest/edge ch:mysql-
ERROR no releases found for channel "latest/edge"
